Nurses take most of works in hospital. Almost 24 hour, nurses have to keep their eyes opened and awaked to serve patients who need nursing services. However, sometimes, they are treated unfairly. Less salary for couples jobs. Even, they have pay first to get job. Oh what a pity!
Although they work in one shift day, most of them take another shifts in another institutions or hospitals for extra money. They do this for preparing their higher education to guarantee not losing their jobs. Tuition is not cheap, isn't it? Another shift, spend in home for caring family and taking rest.
Sometimes, management overact. Using the power, they cut works budgets. Ward administrator were fired and their jobs are overed to nurse too. Nurses get more and various job. Server patient and do administration well. The got burnout, service do worse, they are blamed. Nurse manager do not care, and say," you take this responsibility or out!" OH.
This is challenge. We said that nurse is professional, why fact said not. What have we made to these generous workers. Are we the only professional treated like this. Or we are just different? I believe that we got the answer. We knew how to break it. Just do it. Keep the hope, belief and wait the effect soon.
